4. No Guarantee of Results

- Sales, revenue, or lead increases
- Traffic growth within a fixed timeframe
- Advertising profitability
Search engines and advertising platforms frequently change their algorithms and policies, which may impact results.
All services are provided on a professional best-effort basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest business information
- Provide necessary access to websites, hosting, analytics, and advertising platforms
- Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
- Approve content, campaigns, and strategies when required
- Maintain legal compliance within their own country or industry
- Pay agreed fees on time
Delays caused by lack of access, missing information, or late approvals may affect performance and timelines.
6. Payment Terms
- All service fees are agreed upon before work begins.
- Payments may be structured as monthly retainers, project-based fees, or hourly billing.
- Invoices must be paid within the stated due date.
- Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.
- Setup fees, consultation fees, and completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Advertising budgets are typically paid directly by the client to the advertising platform unless otherwise specified.
7. Advertising & PPC Services
When managing PPC or advertising campaigns:
- The client retains ownership of advertising accounts.
- The client is responsible for funding ad budgets.
- Campaign performance depends on market competition, ad spend, and audience behavior.
- Platform suspensions or policy violations are beyond our control.
8. Service Duration & Cancellation
- Services may be ongoing monthly agreements or fixed-term projects.
- Either party may terminate services with written notice (recommended 14–30 days unless otherwise agreed).
- Work completed before termination remains payable.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work or time already invested.
9. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property.
- Our internal systems, templates, strategies, automation tools, and processes remain our intellectual property.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or case studies unless restricted by written agreement.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and agree not to disclose private business data without permission.
Clients also agree not to share or distribute our internal methods, proprietary strategies, or confidential materials.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on external platforms such as search engines, social networks, and advertising providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Algorithm changes
- Policy updates
- Account suspensions
- Technical outages
- Platform errors or downtime
These elements are outside our direct control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polas Ahmed shall not be liable for:
- Business losses or reduced revenue
- Search ranking changes
- Market fluctuations
- Technical failures caused by third parties
- Platform suspensions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the most recent billing period.
