Digital marketing services involve time, expertise, research, strategy development, and ongoing work.
Because of the nature of these services:
- Results cannot be guaranteed
- Work begins immediately after onboarding or agreement
- Time invested and resources used cannot be reversed
Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
3. Non-Refundable Services

- Completed work or delivered services

4. Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google Ads or other advertising networks are non-refundable through us.
Clients are responsible for managing and requesting any refunds directly from the advertising platform according to their policies.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Work has not yet started
- Billing errors confirmed by our team
- Written cancellation received before project initiation
Any approved refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
6. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email.
However:
- Work already completed remains payable
- No refunds will be issued for work already performed
- Monthly services require notice according to the service agreement (recommended 14–30 days)
Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund
7. No Performance-Based Refunds
Because digital marketing results depend on external factors beyond our control, we do not provide refunds based on:
- Rankings not achieved
- Traffic expectations not met
- Advertising performance variations
- Revenue or sales outcomes
- Market or competition changes

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute, clients agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue professionally.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Termination of services
Legal recovery of outstanding balances where permitted by law
9. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions
